   FlyFishOhio.us was created by Joe Valencic of Mentor, Ohio to be an Ohio fly fishing website, but instead has turned into an online storage facility for my cooking and baking recipes. There are so many great fly fishing websites on the Internet, that I decided it would be a waste of time to attempt to reinvent the wheel, but I could use this site for my other hobby; cooking and baking. I still enjoy my fly fishing and related hobbies, but food has been playing a more dominant role in my life. It will take a while to upload my recipes, so please be patient with me. Enjoy the recipes and feel free to share them with others and post them to other websites, as long as I get credit. If you have a great recipe you think I might like, drop me an e-mail and I'll look it over. Joe
